Carter’s Biz Cafes will host the Second Annual North Bay Art & Film Festival (NBAFF) showcasing independent films and artisans from North America and countries from around the globe, on October 6th, 7 & 8th, 2017 at Carter’s Biz Cafes in Benicia, California. Although held in Northern California, the North Bay Arts & Film Festival is an open event and the organizers expect submissions from throughout the nation. You can check out for the “buzz” on submitting films to the festival!

Due to 2016’s NBAFF’s overwhelming success, an additional venue on the historical campus, the Clock Tower Building (seats 700) has been added for this one of a kind weekend experience.
Join the fun and enjoy a unique showcase of talent at the 157 year old park like campus along with enough FREE PARKING for well over three hundred cars!

The waterfront town of Benicia and the North Bay are extremely creative communities and the beauty, ambiance and historical significance of the area make it a wonderful location to spend your fun-filled weekend!

I can’t say enough good about this Festival. They were attentive, courteous, and our contact William Westley made every effort to keep us informed about events & screenings throughout the entire process.

The area is beautiful, the people genuine, and the venue is amazing. Do yourself a favor and seek out this hidden gem of a festival–apparently so exclusive that even the United States Postal Service has trouble believing it exists! 🙂

The entire experience was a joy I will happily repeat again and again.
